Difficult & confusing to download new issues

Constantly crashes;
Not sure if this is an iPad of BBW issue but, I can download 3 or more full books using my Kindle app for the same time it takes to get a BBW issue. Meanwhile, one is stuck wondering where it is; and why it isnt opening; then, when it finally downloads one has to search for it and other issues: its like finding rail cars in a marshalling yard!
Second - content and coverage: What happened; it used to be amazing - did someone quit!
