Annoying pop up ads and getting stuck at 99%

This app has great content and I have no problem being paid subscriber. But being bombarded pretty much by same ads so often - is really annoying. Also, since recently I have started running into problems with downloading the latest issue - getting stuck at 99% - and there is nothing I can do to move this to 100%.

Developers, please fix this.
